Every Proposed Constitutional Amendment Introduced in the 119th Congress
I made a tracker to compile the constitutional amendments proposed in Congress. Here it is

I love constitutional amendment lore
I will say more in a future post—consider this is a teaser. For now, suffice it to say that amendments do not get the attention that they deserve. Our political conversations would all be richer if we more seriously considered amending our founding document. Currently, your mental model of the federal government is not wrong if it excludes amendments, but it is incomplete. It leaves out one of the Constitutions most important affordances.
I like to keep up to date with the amendments that get proposed (spoiler alert: there are many!). They have low chances of going anywhere, but it is informative to see how our legislative bodies think the structure of government should be changed.
Keeping up to date with the proposed amendments is not as easy as I would like, so last night I whipped up a tracker (thanks Claude). Side note for people interested in civic tech, the Congress.gov API is free, good, and easy to use.
Feedback
I would love to hear any feedback that you have! If you want some sort of filtering mechanism, I would love to implement that. I have been thinking about making this tool notify everyone who signs up when there is a new amendment proposed, so let me know if you would use that. Any and all feedback or upgrades are welcome!

Could be nice to have a summary at the top of the page that extracts common themes across the proposed amendments. Also, you could have an LLM auto-analyze each proposed amendment to see what part(s) of the Constitution would need to be modified or invalidated if the amendment were adopted.
